Who may use OmeLiveGirl

Members need to be 18 or older and old enough to sign a contract under local law. You may not use OmeLiveGirl if we have removed you before or if local law prohibits it. You are responsible for everything done through your account, so keep your login to yourself.

What OmeLiveGirl offers

OmeLiveGirl provides live one-on-one video calls with girls, either matched at random or chosen from the Who's online list, together with typed chat, message translation, profiles, follows, gifts, a Reward Center and VIP membership. Features may change over time, and like any online service it can occasionally be slow or unavailable.

Random matches come from whoever is in the queue, so we cannot promise how any member will behave. Everyone must follow the community guidelines.

How free matches and the Reward Center work

New members receive some free matches. The Reward Center above the match screen can hand out further rewards, such as extra free matches, while you stay online. We decide the type, amount and timing of these rewards and may change them. Rewards have no cash value, and collecting them through multiple accounts or automated tools is not allowed.

Coins, gifts and VIP

• Coins are a digital item used only inside OmeLiveGirl: for matches after your free ones run out, for calling a girl you chose, for gifts, and for some other features. Coins are not money and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• The price of each coin package is shown before you pay. Purchases are final once the coins reach your account, except where the law says otherwise or where we agree to a refund after looking into a problem.
• Gifts are confirmed before they are sent and cannot be recalled afterwards.
• VIP is a paid membership with its own perks, which may change. Unused coins and remaining VIP time are forfeited if an account is removed for breaking these terms.

Things you must not do

• Show, send or request explicit content, or share anything involving a minor.
• Harass, threaten, insult or discriminate against anyone.
• Scam, spam, advertise, or ask other members for money or payment details.
• Record, screenshot or share another member's video or messages without permission.
• Pretend to be someone else, or use bots or scripts to access the service.

Suspension and removal

Breaking these terms or the community guidelines can lead to a warning, restrictions, suspension or removal, and serious cases may be passed to the police. You can stop using OmeLiveGirl and ask to delete your account at any time.

Liability

OmeLiveGirl is provided as it is. Where the law permits, OmeLiveGirl carries no responsibility for other members' words or actions, or for indirect losses linked to using the site. Consumer rights that local law says cannot be waived stay fully intact.
