Privacy Policy

OmeLiveGirl connects you with girls for live one-on-one video chat at omelivegirl.com. Doing that means some information about you passes through our systems. What follows covers those details, what we use them for and the control you keep over them, in the plainest words we could find.

Information we collect

Account details: the nickname you pick, the email or sign-in provider you use, the birth date you enter to confirm you are 18 or older, and your language and app settings.
Anything you put on your profile, for example a picture, a few lines about yourself and the members you follow.
Chat content: typed messages sent during a match or in direct messages.
Call records: when each match or call happened, how long it lasted, and whether it was a random match or a call you chose from the Who's online list.
Purchases: coin top-ups, gifts sent, VIP status, and the receipt our payment provider returns. Card numbers are handled by that provider, not stored by us.
Safety records: reports you submit, reports others submit about you, and moderator notes made during review.
Device and usage data: which browser and device you use, a rough location based on your IP, and error logs we use for fixing bugs.

Your camera and microphone

During a call, your video and sound stream straight to your match and hers to you. We do not keep recordings of ordinary calls. If a call gets reported, moderators may check the material submitted with it, such as chat text or a single frame, to judge whether a rule was broken.

Camera and microphone permissions live in your browser. OmeLiveGirl gets access only after you agree, and your browser settings let you revoke it whenever you like.

Why we use it

To match you with a girl and run the video call and chat between you.
To translate typed messages when you tap the translate button.
To keep track of your coins, free matches, Reward Center claims and VIP membership.
To review reports, enforce our community guidelines and protect members.
To prevent fraud, fix bugs and understand which features people use.
To reply when you write to support.

Who else sees it

The girl you are matched with sees what is on your match card, such as your nickname, country and language, and whatever your camera shows once the call starts. Profile photos and bios are visible to other members.

Outside companies that run our hosting, stream the video, power translation, take payments and count visits process data for us, limited to those tasks. Your personal information is never sold to anyone. Authorities receive information only when a legal obligation demands it or when it could prevent serious harm to someone.

How long OmeLiveGirl keeps your data

Account information is kept while your account exists. Call records, safety reports and purchase history are kept as long as they are needed for moderation, fraud checks, accounting and legal duties, and are then deleted or anonymised. Deleting your account takes your profile down and erases or anonymises the personal data linked to it, except records the law obliges us to hold.

Your choices

Edit your nickname, photo and bio from your account whenever you like.
Turn camera and microphone access off in your browser settings.
Request a copy of your data or a correction by writing to [email protected].
Account deletion can be requested by emailing us from the address on the account.

18 and over only

OmeLiveGirl is not for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly keep data about minors. Accounts that appear to belong to someone underage are closed and their content removed. If you think you have met someone who is too young, tell us through the contact page.

Updates to this policy

When we change this policy in a meaningful way we update the date at the top, and larger changes are also announced inside OmeLiveGirl. If you keep using OmeLiveGirl after an update, you are accepting the new version.
