My camera or mic will not start

• Open the lock icon beside the address bar and confirm the camera and microphone are allowed for OmeLiveGirl.
• Quit anything else holding the camera, like a work meeting app.
• On a phone, use an up-to-date version of Safari or Chrome.
• Reload the page and allow access again when asked.

Matches and the Reward Center

Every new member gets some free matches to begin with. A countdown runs in the Reward Center over the match screen; once it hits zero you claim a reward, such as extra free matches, and a new countdown begins, several times a day while you remain online. Once your free matches are used up, further matches use coins.

Calling a specific girl from the Who's online list always uses coins, because it skips the random queue.

Coins and payments

Coins are bought from inside OmeLiveGirl, and the price of each package is shown before you pay. If a payment went through but the coins did not arrive, write to support with the time of purchase and the email on your account, and we will look into it.

Account and privacy

Guests can use OmeLiveGirl straight away; signing in carries your coins and preferences from one device to another. Your nickname and photo can be edited from the profile page. To delete your account, email support from the address linked to it. Our privacy policy explains what we store.
